I think Max vertical is the best of all the programs I think cause I don't have easy access to a gym and don’t have tons of time to spend working out. I am a young girl who plays volleyball and most programs are made for guys who play basketball so msx vertical is good because it has stuff for me. Hey Mark, I’m not a young guy, pushing 30 and I wanted to get back in shape and really play hoops hard again. Before starting the Intermediate Plyometrics program in GMV my standing vert was right around 27 inches and I wanted to make a push for 35 in order to be able to really dunk again. Well 3 weeks into the advanced program im up to 34 so I pretty much think its guaranteed that I will get my goal. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get back into game shape. I know this is going to sound outrageous but I just completed the program and added 13 inches to my vert. Thought I would drop you a line about the progress I have made with my team. We started out doing the program on each players own time but have since moved to incorporating it into our practices.
